Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available). Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
